Auction to the public is a very select offering of used cars that have traditionally been sold to auctions, independent dealers and small used car lots. These are bargain vehicles that fall outside of the usual Absolute Misubishi Used Car inspection guidelines. They are generally higher mileage, older, lower-priced vehicles that are perhaps flawed in some way.
Why Public Before Auction?Simply put, our customers have requested that we make these vehicles available. Many of our customers have a need for basic transportation. By offering more of a broad selection of teen cars, second cars, college cars, and other inexpensive transportation options, we feel we can better serve our current customers and the general market.
Guidelines/Specifications for a Public Before Auction Vehicle
- It has passed a state safety inspection. No other repairs or certification is done.
- It is sold without a warranty.
- It is offered for a limited time only – it will remain on our lot for only 14-21 days.
- It is sold “100% As-Is”, without any additional Purchase Perks or warranty coverage from the dealership.
- It is sold with our “best price” posted on the windshield. It is a strictly No Haggle, No Negotiation price.
The Savings FormulaIt is a widely known fact that vehicles depreciate quickly once they are no longer showroom new. With Public Before Auction, bargain car buyers are able to take advantage of acquiring their car at the end of the depreciation cycle. These cars are no longer subject to third party markup. The vehicles are generally priced with the consideration that repairs are needed. This opportunity is unique in this market.
Customer Acknowledgment I have read and understand that these cars are sold “as-is” and have no warranty. I will be responsible for any repairs.
